LATE FATALITY REPORT - VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELLING EASTBOUND ON MO-30 AND VEHICLE 2 WAS STOPPED AT A STOP SIGN. DRIVER 2 STARTED VEHICLE FORWARD AND THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE LEFT FRONT OF VEHICLE 2. Injuries
Sieberg's injuries were moderate. Sieberg was taken by North Jefferson County Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital - South.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2021 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Lawson was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By S&V Towing. The damage to the 2001 Subaru Forester driven by Sieberg was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Northwest Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr J D Procknow of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210529832 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
