Cummins's injuries were fatal. Cummins was taken to Body Taken To Kse Funeral Home In Forsyth.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire driven by Unknown was total. It was removed by Towed By Jims Wrecker Fo Forsyth.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
