Duncan McCotter Injured in a Crash on October 13, 2021 in Taney County, Missouri

Duncan J McCotter of Forsyth, MO was injured on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 8:40PM in Taney County, Missouri. McCotter is a 20-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE #1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON OPPORTUNITY AVE. DRIVER DID NOT SEE THE PEDESTRIANS, HYDROPLANED, AND STRUCK THE PEDESTRIANS IN THE CROSS WALK.

Injuries

McCotter's injuries were moderate. McCotter was taken by Ambulance to Cox Branson Hospital.

The police said the damage to the 2010 Ford Escape driven by Kull was minor. It was removed by Driven From The Scene.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
