Donald Miller Injured in a Crash on October 12, 2021 in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri

Donald J Miller of Festus, MO was injured on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 1:15AM in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri. Miller is a 36-year-old man.

The crash happened here: westbound Missouri Route C just west of Missouri Route 32.

VEHICLE 1 WAS STOPPED IN THE ROADWAY WESTBOUND ON ROUTE C. VEHICLE 2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON ROUTE C. THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 2 STRUCK THE REAR OF VEHICLE 1, EJECTING DRIVER 2.

Injuries

Miller's injuries were serious. Miller was taken by Lifenet Helicopter to Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1996 Harley Davidson driven by Miller was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Buckleys Towing. The damage to the 2003 Ford Taurus driven by Bouse was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Buckleys Towing.

Msgt W B Sevier of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210533537 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
