Dawson Harper Injured in a Crash on October 12, 2021 in St. Francois County, Missouri

Dawson L Harper of Bonne Terre, MO was injured on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 9:25PM in St. Francois County, Missouri. Harper is a 21-year-old man.
