VEH 2 TRAVELED OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS ON THE SHOULDER FACING SOUTH. ASSISTED BY TPR. V.F. SELSOR (860) AND TPR. R.A. ALLEE (465).
Injuries
Dreyer's injuries were minor. Dreyer was taken by Andrew County Ems to Mosaic Life Care St. Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Miller was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight. The damage to the 2001 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Dreyer was total. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr S J Force of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210528510 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
