Cody Allen Injured in a Crash on October 11, 2021 in Johnson County, Missouri

Cody B Allen of Whiteman Airforce Base, MO was injured on Monday, October 11, 2021 at 8:10PM in Johnson County, Missouri. Allen is a 21-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS DRIVER 1 FELL ASLEEP. VEH 1 CROSSED CENTER OF ROADWAY STRIKING VEH 2 CAUSING IT TO TRAVEL OFF ROADWAY AND OVERTURN. VEH 1 THEN TRAVELED OFF ROADWAY AND STRUCK A WOODEN STAND.

The police said the damage to the 2016 Ford driven by Wilson was total. It was removed by Towed By Tip Top Towing. The damage to the 2014 Jeep driven by Allen was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Tip Top Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Msgt D S Green of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210533356 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
