Charles Scarbough Injured in a Crash on October 19, 2021 in St. Louis County, Missouri

Charles L Scarbough of Catawissa, MO was injured on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 10:16AM in St. Louis County, Missouri. Scarbough is a 76-year-old man.

It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2014 Ford Escape driven by Scarbough was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Big Boys Towing.

Tpr M Smith and Fto Tpr S T Roettger of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210545366 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
