The police said the damage to the 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Wolfe was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 1966 Yamaha 305 driven by Humphrey was minor. It was removed by Towed By Private Conveyance.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
