Roger Kluge Injured in a Crash on July 18, 2021 in Jefferson County, Missouri

Roger A Kluge of Edwardsville, IL was injured on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at 11:20AM in Jefferson County, Missouri. Kluge is a 53-year-old man.
