Keith Gaines Injured in a Crash on July 19, 2021 in St. Charles County, Missouri

Keith A Gaines of St Louis, MO was injured on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 7:20PM in St. Charles County, Missouri. Gaines is a 40-year-old man.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2013 Mazada 3 driven by Leimkuehler was extensive. It was removed by Towed By/To D&L. The damage to the 2002 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Gaines was minor. It was removed by Secured Roadside At Owners Request.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr D O Johnson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210371830 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
