CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH1 WAS TURNING SOUTHBOUND ONTO MO 113 FROM ROUTE A AND VEH2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON MO 113. VEH1 WAS TURNING AS VEH2 CRESTED THE HILL NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION. THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF VEH1 STRUCK VEH2 ON THE DRIVER SIDE. VEH1 CAME TO REST ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF INTERSECTION FACING SOUTH. VEH2 SKIDDED OFF OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION INTO THE DITCH AND OVERTURNED COMING TO REST ON ITS PASSENGER SIDE FACING NORTH. ASSISTED BY TPR. V. P.
