CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH1 WAS TURNING SOUTHBOUND ONTO MO 113 FROM ROUTE A AND VEH2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON MO 113. VEH1 WAS TURNING AS VEH2 CRESTED THE HILL NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION. THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF VEH1 STRUCK VEH2 ON THE DRIVER SIDE. VEH1 CAME TO REST ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF INTERSECTION FACING SOUTH. VEH2 SKIDDED OFF OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION INTO THE DITCH AND OVERTURNED COMING TO REST ON ITS PASSENGER SIDE FACING NORTH. ASSISTED BY TPR. V. P. WILEY (692), HOLT CO SO, AND MAITLAND FIRE.

The police said the damage to the 2013 Dodge Avenger driven by was total. It was removed by Towed By Double D. The damage to the 2009 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Phillips was total. It was removed by Towed By Double D.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
