Injuries
Morris's injuries were minor. Morris was taken by Buchanan County Ems to Mosaic St Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2000 Peterbuilt driven by Bennett was total. It was removed by Towed By All Star Towing. The damage to the 2019 Intl driven by Morris was extensive. It was removed by Towed Bty Randys Tow Of Gower.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl K F Jeffers of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210362950 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
