Heather Sauer Injured in a Crash on July 06, 2021 in St. Charles County, Missouri

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1994 Gmc 1500 driven by was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Owner. The damage to the 2013 Landrover driven by Sauer was moderate. It was removed by Towed To/By Approved Towing.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
