Charity Yates Injured in a Crash on July 15, 2021 in Christian County, Missouri

Charity J Yates of Aurora, MO was injured on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 9:20PM in Christian County, Missouri. Yates is a 35-year-old woman.

CRASH OCCURRED AS DRIVER #1 FAILED TO STOP AT A STOP SIGN. VEHICLE #1 CROSSED MO 14 IN FRONT OF VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #2 STRUCK THE TRAILER BEING TOWED BY VEHICLE #1. VEHICLE #2 RAN OFF THE NORTH EDGE OF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED, EJECTING THE DRIVER.

Injuries

Yates's injuries were serious. Yates was taken by Ambulance to Mercy Hospital Springfield Mo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2004 Dodge Durango driven by Yates was total. It was removed by Towed By Kenny'S. The damage to the 2014 Ram 1500 driven by Foster was none. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr T Wright of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210363833 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
