VEHICLE 2 TRAVELLED INTO THE PATH OF VEHICLE 1, CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO STRIKE VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 3 WAS STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN ON THE WESTBOUND SIDE OF RED SCHOOL ROAD. BECAUSE OF THE COLLISION WITH VEHICLE 1, VEHICLE 2 STRUCK THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 3. DRIVER #2 PRONOUNCED BY BARNES JEWISH HOSPITAL DR BHATIA AT 0259 HOURS ON 07/20/21. ASSISTED BY CPL Z S WANG (1392).

Injuries

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage driven by Vaughn was total. It was removed by Towed To/By A2B Towing. The damage to the 2020 Ford F-150 driven by Phelps was minor. It was removed by Driven From The Scene. The damage to the 1997 Buick Riviera driven by Cannon was total. It was removed by Towed To/By A2B Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr B T Gregory of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210371453 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
