Injuries
Foster's injuries were fatal. Foster was taken by Hazelwood Ambulance District to Ssm Health Depaul Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2020 Harley Davidson Road Glide driven by Foster was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By All American Towing. The damage to the 2017 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special driven by Chappel was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By All American Towing. The damage to the 2020 Freightliner Ms driven by Schmieg was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr E R Besserud and Sgt P W Meyers With McIu of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210277443 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
