CRASH OCCURED AS VEH #1 WAS TRAVELLING NORTHBOUND ON CR-423 AND FAILED TO YIELD AT A T-INTERSECTION WITH CR-426. VEH #1 CONTINUED NORTHBOUND THROUGH THE INTERSECTION, TRAVELLED OFF THE ROADWAY, AND STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT. VEH #1 OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS DRIVER'S SIDE FACING SOUTH. ASSISTED BY TPR R.A. ALLEE (465) AND ANDREW COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

Injuries

Whittington's injuries were minor. Whittington was taken by Andrew County Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado driven by Whittington was total. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight - St Joseph.

Tpr V F Selsor of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210288319 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
