CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 ATTEMPTED TO PASS BETWEEN 2 OTHER ATVS AND DRIVER 1 LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. VEHICLE 1 BEGAN SKIDDING AND OVERTURNED BEFORE TRAVELING OFF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, WHERE DRIVER 1 WAS EJECTED. ASSISTED BY CPL A D MARTIN /701/ AND LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.

Injuries

Bracken's injuries were minor. Bracken was not taken to the hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1985 Honda Atv driven by Bracken was moderate. It was removed by Released To Owner.

Tpr T A Hartshorn of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210279703 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
