Jason Grindstaff Injured in a Crash on June 03, 2021 in Franklin County, Missouri

Injuries

Grindstaff's injuries were moderate. Grindstaff was taken by Union Ambulance to Mercy Hospital Washington.

The police said the damage to the 2013 Gmc Savanah driven by Umfress was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Vogelgesangs. The damage to the 2008 Buick Lucerne driven by Williams was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Vogelgesangs. The damage to the 2016 Nissan Juke driven by Grindstaff was total. It was removed by Towed By Vogelgesangs.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr J M Langley of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210273311 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
