Denise Presley Killed in a Crash on June 24, 2021 in Lincoln County, Missouri

Denise L Presley of Branson, MO was killed on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 6:15AM in Lincoln County, Missouri. Presley is a 41-year-old woman.

FATALITY REPORT- VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELLING NORTHBOUND ON ROUTE JJ. DRIVER 1 APPLIED THE BRAKES TO VEHICLE 1 WHICH CAUSED VEHICLE 1 TO SKID ACROSS THE CENTER OF THE ROADWAY. THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 2. ALL 3 SUBJECTS WERE PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY LINCOLN COUNTY CORONER RYAN PARKER AT 0715 HOURS ON 6-24-21. ASSISTED BY LT S. A. MILLER (92), MSGT T. S. CROFT (183), TPR A. T. BORGIC (192), CPL A. J. MICHELS (1381) AND TPR E. M. REYNOSO (768)

Injuries

Presley's injuries were fatal. Presley was taken by Carter-Ricks Funeral Home to Carter-Ricks Funeral Home.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2005 Chevrolet 1500 driven by Edgar was total. It was removed by Towed By / To Jacksons. The damage to the 2007 Toyota Tundera driven by Lamb was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Jacksons.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl A J Mayer and McIu Msgt P J Kempke Sgt J A Mulkey and Sgt J D Cox of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210316735 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
