David C Travis of Spickard, MO was killed on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 1:10PM in Grundy County, Missouri. Travis is a 20-year-old man.

REUTER (622), CVO. R.E. POWELL (W129), AND GRUNDY COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT.
Injuries
Travis's injuries were fatal. Travis was taken by Grundy County Ambulance to Wright Memorial Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2007 Suzuki Xl7 driven by Travis was total. It was removed by Towed By Ewings To Their Lot. The damage to the 2004 Sterling At95 driven by Radcliff was minor. It was removed by Driven From The Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr K J Cool and McIu Sgt H A Sears of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210319427 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
