CRASH OCCURRED AS DRIVER 1 WAS TRAVELLING WEST ON I44. WHEN DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO THROW A LIT CIGARETTE OUT THE WINDOW, IT BLEW BACK INTO THE VEHICLE, CAUSE THE DRIVER TO OVERCORRECT AND GO OFF THE ROADWAY.
