VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED OFF OF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK A HOUSE AND CAME TO REST FACING NORTHEAST. VEHICLE 2 TRAVELED OFF OF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND CAME TO REST FACING SOUTHEAST. ASSISTED BY SGT. C.B. ROOT (1257), TPR. B.R. MUCK (1419) AND BUCHANAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.

Injuries

Hanway's injuries were serious. Hanway was taken by Tri-County Ems And Then Transported to Mosaic Life Care In St. Joseph.

The police said the damage to the 2013 Kia Sorento driven by Hanway was total. It was removed by Towed By Randy'S Of Gower. The damage to the 2013 Subaru Legacy driven by Sohm was total. It was removed by Towed By Randy'S Of Gower.

Tpr V F Selsor of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210229969 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
