Injuries
McIntire's injuries were fatal. McIntire was taken to Bates County Coroner'S Office.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2021 Ssr Motor Sports Pit Bike driven by Mcintire was extensive. It was removed by Released To Family Member.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
