Rorie Gist Injured in a Crash on May 24, 2021 in Franklin County, Missouri

Rorie S Gist of Marthasville, MO was injured on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 1:00PM in Franklin County, Missouri. Gist is a 57-year-old man.

DRIVER #1 OVERCORRECTED TO THE LEFT AFTER PARTIALLY TRAVELING OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE #1 BEGAN TO ROTATE, SKID OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, AND OVERTURNED.

The police said the damage to the 2001 Ford F-550 driven by Gist was extensive. It was removed by Towed By/To Patriot Towing.

Cpl R A Leclaire of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210251642 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
