Laci L Lowrey of St Louis, MO was killed on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 4:24AM in St. Louis County, Missouri. Lowrey is a 30-year-old woman.

Injuries
Lowrey's injuries were fatal. Lowrey was taken by Lonnings Mortuary Services to St Louis County Morgue.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2008 Chevrolet Impala driven by Lowrey was total. It was removed by Mcnamara Towing. The damage to the 2012 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Lane was total. It was removed by Mcnamara Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr L A Benke and Crash Team Msgt P J Kempke of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210229721 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
