Jordan D Rhodes of Smithton, MO was injured on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 6:10PM in Cooper County, Missouri. Rhodes is a 33-year-old woman.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELLING TOO FAST FOR ROAD CONDITIONS AND DRIVER 1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A RIGHT CURVE, VEHICLE 1 TRAVELLED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, BECAME AIRBORNE AND STRUCK THE GROUND. VEHICLE 1 RETURNED TO THE ROADWAY, RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK A FENCE AND A TELEPHONE SUPPORT CABLE. ASSISTED BY TPR. T. O. MITCHELL (623), TPR. E. R. CORCORAN (360) AND COOPER COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
Injuries
Rhodes's injuries were minor. Rhodes was taken by Private Conveyance to Bothwell Hospital In Sedalia.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2009 Chrysler 300 driven by Rhodes was moderate. It was removed by State Fair Towing - Sedalia.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr T G Johnson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210229229 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
