VEHICLE 2 SPUN ACROSS ALL LANES OF TRAFFIC AND STRUCK THE MEDIAN WALL, BEFORE SWERVING INTO LANE 3, WHICH CAUSED VEHICLE 4 TO ATTEMPT TO AVOID VEHICLE 2, CAUSING VEHICLE 4 TO LOSE CONTROL AND OVERTURN. DRIVER 3'S VIEW WAS OBSTRUCTED AND VEHICLE 3 STRUCK VEHICLE 1, CAUSING DRIVER 1 TO BE EJECTED AND CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO CATCH FIRE. Injuries
Kennedy's injuries were moderate. Kennedy was taken by St Charles City Fire Department to Ssm Health Depaul Hospital.

The police said the damage to the 2021 Peterbilt 579 driven by Winkle was minor. It was removed by Driven From The Scene. The damage to the 2017 Ford Fusion driven by Mutua was total. It was removed by Towed To/By A One Towing. The damage to the 2003 Ford Mustang driven by Wilder was total. It was removed by Towed To/By A One Towing. The damage to the 2001 Ford Explorer driven by Kennedy was total. It was removed by Towed To/By A One Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr K D House of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210214066 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
