VEHICLE 1 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY INTO THE MEDIAN AND CAME TO FINAL REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING SOUTHEAST IN THE MEDIAN. VEHICLE 2 CAME TO A CONTROLLED STOP ON THE WESTBOUND SHOULDER OF US 36. ASSISTED BY CALDWELL COUNTY AND HAMILTON PD.

Injuries

James's injuries were minor. James was taken by Daviess County to Cameron Regional.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2021 Peterbuilt driven by Kell was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2004 Ford Taurus driven by James was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Legacy Tow Of Kidder.

Tpr B T Quiring of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210233272 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
