The police said the damage to the 2014 Nissan Versa driven by Perdicardo was extensive. It was removed by Yates Boys Towing, Seymour. The damage to the 2004 Chevrolet Silverado Pickup driven by Adams was extensive. It was removed by Yates Boys Towing, Seymour.

Trooper A James Assisted By the Major Crash Investigation Unit Team of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210232324 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
