Johnson's injuries were serious. Johnson was taken by Bates County Ems to Bates County Memorial Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2011 Freightliner driven by Johnson was extensive. It was removed by Towed By J'S Southland.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
