Ryan C Brewer of Fulton, MO was killed on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 6:05PM in Callaway County, Missouri. Brewer is a 25-year-old man.

PEDESTRIAN 3 WAS PRONOUNCED BY DR. JARED SHEPPARD AT UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL ON 04/08/2021 AT 1054. THIS IS TROOP F FATALITY NUMBER 4 FOR MARCH AND NUMBER 9 FOR 2021.
Injuries
Brewer's injuries were fatal. Brewer was taken by Mu Air to University Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2015 Freightliner M2 driven by Brewer was none. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2001 Lexus Rt driven by Link was total. It was removed by Towed By Tow Pro. The damage to the 2005 Toyota Highlander driven by Olson was total. It was removed by Towed By Approved Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr C A Volle of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210148038 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
