Duncan's injuries were moderate. Duncan was taken by St Charles County Ems to Mercy Hospital St Louis.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2001 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Duncan was total. It was removed by Superior Towing. The damage to the 2009 Chrysler Town And Country driven by Diller was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2009 Ford F150 driven by Wirth was extensive. It was removed by Superior Towing. The damage to the 1999 Ford Escort driven by Lindsley was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr C R Knox of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210140808 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
