VEHICLE #1 SLOWED, VEHICLE #2 THEN SLOWED AND VEHICLE #3 STRUCK THE REAR OF VEHICLE #2 AS IT ATTEMPTED TO SWERVE INTO THE LEFT LANE. VEHICLE #2 WAS THEN PUSHED INTO THE REAR OF VEHICLE #1.
Injuries
Northrip's injuries were minor. Northrip was taken by Missouri Baptist Hospital Ambulance to Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2018 Volvo Conventional Truck Tractor driven by Haloule was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2018 Ford Eco Sport driven by Northrip was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Chuck'S Towing. The damage to the 2009 Lincoln Towncar driven by Mclaughlin was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl R A Leclaire of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210030317 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
