Shelby Shults Injured in a Crash on January 19, 2021 in Warren County, Missouri

Shelby E Shults of Wright City, MO was injured on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 10:44AM in Warren County, Missouri. Shults is a 22-year-old woman.
