Injuries
Chaney's injuries were moderate. Chaney was taken by St. Charles City Fire Department Ems to Ssm Health Depaul Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Chaney was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Big Boy'S Towing. The damage to the 2019 International Harvester Lonestar driven by Livezey was none. It was removed by Driven From The Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr A D Baker of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210039263 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
