Katrina Tutor Killed in a Crash on January 14, 2021 in St. Charles County, Missouri

Katrina L Tutor of Troy, MO was killed on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 8:00AM in St. Charles County, Missouri. Tutor is a 37-year-old woman.

Injuries

Tutor's injuries were fatal. Tutor was taken by Lonnings Mortuary to St Charles Co Morgue.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2004 Ford Expedition driven by Tutor was total. It was removed by Taken To/By Crash City Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr D O Johnson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210021359 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
