Kathy L Warner of Buffalo, MO was killed on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 3:45PM in Polk County, Missouri. Warner is a 61-year-old woman.

Injuries

Warner's injuries were fatal. Warner was taken to Cantlon-Otterness And Viets Funeral Home Of Buffalo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Warner was total. It was removed by Wade'S Towing Of Buffalo.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Msgt S W Long of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210033576 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
