Injuries
McGinnis's injuries were fatal. McGinnis was taken to Transported To Hoefer Funeral Home, Higginsville, Mo.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Mcginnis was total. It was removed by Towed By Knock Out Tow.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl J C Utz of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210035337 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
