Injuries
Johnson's injuries were minor. Johnson was taken by Christian Ems to Ssm Health Depaul.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2012 Chevrolet Traverse driven by Brooks was moderate. It was removed by Towed By A2B Towing. The damage to the 2011 Freightliner Cascadia driven by Johnson was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Miner'S Towing. The damage to the 2018 Ram Promaster City driven by Gaydos was total. It was removed by Towed By A2B Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr L A Dezner of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210029554 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
