Nagiewicz's injuries were moderate. Nagiewicz was taken to Mosaic Medical Center, Maryville Missouri By Nodaway County Ambulance.

The police said the damage to the 2006 Hyundai Sonata driven by Nagiewicz was total. It was removed by Kizer Tow Of Maryville.
