Ashley D McGinnis of Pittsburgh, MO was killed on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 3:10PM in Hickory County, Missouri. McGinnis is a 27-year-old woman.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE #1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 64, FOR AN UNKNOWN REASON, VEHICLE #1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE TO RIGHT, WENT TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK MULTIPLE TREES AND ROLLED OVER. THE DRIVER WAS PROUNOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY EMERGENCY ROOM DR. MORRISON, AT 15:43 HOURS.

Injuries

McGinnis's injuries were fatal. McGinnis was taken to Taken To Hathaway-Peterman Funeral Home Wheatland,Mo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2015 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Mcginnis was total. It was removed by Towed By Stauffer'S Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr M Murrill of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210035272 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
