Injuries
Medina's injuries were serious. Medina was taken by Atchison Holt Ambulance to George C Grape Community Hospital In Hamburg, Iowa.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2019 International driven by White was moderate. It was removed by Repaired Roadside And Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2005 Ford Freestar driven by Medina was total. It was removed by Towed By Double M Towing Of Rock Port.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr K A McCallister of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200630485 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
