ACCIDENT OCCURRED AS VEH1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON US65. DRIVER FELL ASLEEP OR HAD A MEDICAL ISSUE. VEH1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE, TRAVELED OFF WEST SIDE OF ROADWAY, STRUCK A CULVERT AT EDGE OF DRIVEWAY, BECAME AIRBORNE, STRUCK THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE ON THE GROUND, OVERTURNING ONTO ITS DRIVERS SIDE.
