Johnathan P Burgess of Lebanon, MO was injured on Saturday, November 07, 2020 at 12:58PM in Laclede County, Missouri. Burgess is a 17-year-old boy.

OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 TRAVELLED OFF RIGHT SIDE OF ROADWAY, RETURNED TO THE ROADWAY AND TRAVELLED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY STRIKING AN EMBANKMENT. THE VEHICLE THEN BECAME AIRBORNE AND OVERTURNED EJECTING THE DRIVER.

Injuries

The police said the damage to the 2004 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Burgess was total. It was removed by Towed By/To C & L Towing.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
