VEH #1 STRUCK THE TOWED UNIT OF VEH #2 AND SKIDDED OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY INTO THE MEDIAN. VEH #1 CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS ON THE WEST SHOULDER OF NORTHBOUND I-35 FACING NORTHEAST. VEH #2 CAME TO A CONTROLLED STOP ON THE WEST SHOULDER OF SOUTHBOUND I-35 FACING SOUTH. ASSISTED BY HARRISON COUNTY SHERIFF?S OFFICE, NTA AMBULANCE, AND HARRISON COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT.

Injuries

Ledesma's injuries were moderate. Ledesma was taken by Nta Ambulance to Harrison County Community Hospital..

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2004 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Ledesma was total. It was removed by Towed By Southside Mfa Towing - Bethany. The damage to the 2013 Volvo Tractor Trailer driven by Cracraft was none. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl C J Sullivan of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200562251 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
