Injuries
Ruble's injuries were minor. Ruble was taken by Liberty Ems to Liberty Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2018 Ford Transit driven by Hernandez was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Integrity Tow. The damage to the 2017 Dodge Ram 5500 driven by Payne was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Private Tow.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt C O Tubbs of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200558557 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
