Rachel C McAntire of Arnold, MO was injured on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 7:50AM in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri. McAntire is a 19-year-old woman.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
