Creech's injuries were fatal. Creech was taken by Texas County Coroner to Fox Funeral Home In Licking, Mo.

The police said the damage to the 1997 Dodge 1500 driven by Creech was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Jay'S.

Tpr D E Rogers of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200516392 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
